Thread-by-thread detail that lasts a lifetime. Embroidery is the gold standard for hats, polos, jackets, and bags — and it's what we've been doing since day one.
Thread-by-thread detail that lasts a lifetime. Embroidery is the gold standard for hats, polos, jackets, and bags — and it's what we've been doing since day one.
What it is:
Embroidery is durable, textured decoration that holds up through hundreds of washes and looks better the older it gets. It uses a needle and thread to stitch your design directly into the fabric. It's the finish that says your brand takes itself seriously.
Best for:
Structured hats and caps · Polos and dress shirts · Fleece and jackets · Bags and totes · Workwear and uniforms · Patches (standalone or iron-on)
Not ideal for:
Very fine detail or small text under ½" · Photorealistic artwork · Thin fabrics like lightweight tees (the backing can show through)
Artwork specs:
We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) but we'll work with what you have. High-resolution PNG or PDF works too. If your logo isn't embroidery-ready, our design team can digitize it for you. Digitization is a one-time fee and the file is yours to keep.
Pricing context:
Embroidery is priced by stitch count. The more complex your design, the higher the stitch count, the higher the cost per piece. A standard left chest logo runs between 5,000 and 10,000 stitches. We'll include the exact decoration cost in your formal quote so there are no surprises.
We use Madeira thread and can match most Pantone colors. Share your brand color codes when you submit your quote and we'll do our best to hit them.
Our design team can help. Design services run $80/hour and most logos are ready in one or two sessions.

Yes. Once your design is digitized, we store it so reorders are fast and easy.
