All Reco Brands orders are custom-made to your approved specifications. Because every item is produced on demand — decorated specifically for you — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, change of mind, or ordering errors.
That said, we stand behind every order that leaves our shop. If something isn't right on our end, we will make it right.
Our Quality Guarantee
If your order contains items that are defective or do not match your approved proof, we will remedy the issue at no cost to you. This includes:
• Decoration errors (embroidery, screen printing, or transfers that differ from your approved proof)
• Manufacturing defects in materials or construction
• Wrong items shipped
• Significant color or placement deviations from the approved proof
In these cases, we will reprint or redo the affected items. We want you to be proud of what you receive — that's why we send a proof before anything goes into production.
The Proof & Approval Process
Before any order enters production, we send you a digital proof for review and approval. This step is important — it is your opportunity to confirm all decoration details, placement, sizing, colors, and spelling.
By approving your proof, you confirm that the details are correct. Orders produced in accordance with your approved proof are not eligible for returns or reprints due to errors that were present and visible in the proof.
Please review your proof carefully before approving. If something looks off, let us know — we're happy to make adjustments before production begins.
Customer Order Errors
We understand that mistakes happen. If you realize after placing your order that you selected the wrong size, color, quantity, or other detail, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If we have not yet started production, we will do our best to accommodate changes at no charge.
• If production has begun, changes may not be possible, or may incur additional costs.
• Once an order has been approved and produced to spec, we are unable to offer refunds or reprints for customer-side errors.
We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us directly and we'll work with you to find the best path forward.
How to Report an Issue
If you believe your order contains a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve things quickly, include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos clearly showing the defect or discrepancy
We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
No Returns on Custom Items
Because all products are custom-decorated to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Change of mind or preference
• Sizing issues resulting from incorrect size selection (please refer to the garment sizing charts available in our catalog)
• Minor variations in color that fall within acceptable printing tolerances
• Items approved via proof that contain customer-provided errors
We encourage you to order samples of blank garments before placing a large decorated order if you're unsure about sizing or fabric feel.
