These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, wholesale accounts, and resellers.
Reco Brands provides custom-decorated apparel and branded merchandise through our website at recobrands.shop. Our services include a quote builder, account management, order placement, and a company store program for eligible clients.
All orders are custom-produced to your specifications and are subject to a proof approval process before production begins.
To place orders or use the quote builder, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at brandon@recobrands.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.
Submitting a quote request or placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we have reviewed and accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders we are unable to fulfill due to capacity, product availability, or content concerns.
All orders are subject to a formal quote, which will be sent to you following your submission. The order is confirmed once you have accepted the quote and, where applicable, provided payment or a deposit.
Before any order enters production, we will provide you with a digital proof for your review and approval. The proof will reflect your specified decoration details, placement, sizing, and artwork.
By approving your proof, you confirm that all details are correct and authorize us to proceed with production. Reco Brands is not responsible for errors in approved proofs, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, incorrect sizing, color choices, or placement decisions made by the customer.
Please review all proofs carefully. We are happy to make adjustments before you approve. Once production has begun on an approved proof, changes are not possible.
Payment terms vary depending on the order and account type:
• Standard orders may require full payment prior to production or shipment.
• Larger or custom orders may require a deposit to initiate production, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
• Approved wholesale and reseller accounts may be invoiced on terms agreed upon in writing.
We accept payment by the methods listed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to place orders on hold if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms.
For orders placed through a company store program, payment terms are governed by the applicable company store agreement.
Wholesale and reseller customers are subject to these Terms of Service in addition to any separate wholesale agreement in place. Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms are established at account setup and may be updated with reasonable notice.
Resellers are responsible for ensuring their end customers are informed of our proof approval process and custom production policies. Reco Brands is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information passed through a reseller.
Our standard production turnaround is approximately two weeks from proof approval. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, volume, and supplier availability. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as they are known.
Shipping timeframes are separate from production time. Reco Brands is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been handed off for shipment.
Rush production may be available on request and may be subject to additional fees.
By submitting artwork or other content to us for use in your order, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use that content and that its use does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Reco Brands will not knowingly reproduce trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise protected material without appropriate authorization. We reserve the right to decline orders that we believe may infringe third-party rights.
Any artwork, designs, or templates created by Reco Brands on your behalf remain the property of Reco Brands unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reco Brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or from any order placed with us. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
We are not liable for delays, errors, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supplier issues, or events of force majeure.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Whatcom County, Washington.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
