Custom Screen Printing

Bold colors. Soft hand feel. Built to last. Screen printing is the go-to for tees, hoodies, and anything that needs to make a statement.

What it is:

Screen printing pushes ink directly through a mesh stencil onto your garment, one color at a time. The result is vibrant, durable color that stays soft against the skin and holds up through years of washing. It's the classic decoration method for a reason.

Best for:

T-shirts and hoodies · Event and tournament merch · Uniform tees for large teams · Retail-ready product runs · Any order where you want maximum color impact at the best price per unit

Not ideal for:

Very small quantities (screen printing becomes most cost-effective at 12+ pieces) · Photorealistic or full-bleed photo imagery · Orders needing 8+ ink colors (transfers or DTF may be a better fit)

Artwork specs:

Vector files preferred (.AI, .EPS, .SVG). If you don't have vector art, send us your highest-resolution file and we'll tell you if it'll work. Each color in your design requires its own screen, so simpler designs with fewer colors are the most cost-effective. We can help simplify artwork if needed.

Pricing context:

Screen printing is priced by number of ink colors and total quantity. A 1-color left chest print on 24 tees is very affordable. A 6-color full back on 12 tees costs more per unit. We include a full breakdown in your quote so you know exactly what you're paying and why.

FAQ

Can I print on both the front and back?

Absolutely. Each print location is treated as a separate decoration, so your quote will reflect that.

What's the largest print area?

Full front and full back prints can run about 13" wide × 17" tall on adult sizes. Youth sizing is smaller. We'll make adjustments.

Can I mix shirt colors in one order?

Yes. Mixing garment colors is no problem. If you need different ink colors to show up on different garment colors, let us know. We'll advise on the best approach.

Do you offer discharge or water-based printing?

Yes. Water-based inks give a softer, more breathable feel and are a great fit for premium blanks like Comfort Colors. Ask about it in your quote.
