What we make:
Embroidered patches — thread-stitched on twill backing. Classic, durable, and versatile. Can be sewn on, iron-on, or velcro-backed. Great for hats, jackets, bags, and uniforms.
Woven patches — finer detail than embroidery, with a flatter, tighter weave. Best for complex logos or small text that embroidery can't capture cleanly.
PVC patches — soft rubber patches in full color. Waterproof, extremely durable, and a great fit for outdoor and workwear brands.
Woven labels — sewn inside garments as neck labels, size tags, or brand labels. Makes your product feel finished and professional.
Hang tags — printed cardstock tags for retail-ready apparel. Add your logo, care instructions, brand story, or whatever your product needs.
Artwork specs:
Vector files preferred. For woven patches and labels, simpler designs reproduce best, fine detail and gradients don't translate well to thread. We'll review your artwork and advise before production.
Pricing context:
Pricing is based on size, type, and quantity. Woven labels are very affordable at volume. PVC patches cost more but last longer. We'll include full pricing in your quote.

Yes. We offer sew-on, iron-on, and velcro-backed options. Just specify when you submit your order.
Can you apply the patches to garments for me?
Absolutely. We can sew patches onto garments as part of your order, just include the garments in your quote builder and let us know where you want them placed.
What's the smallest patch you can make?
We can go as small as you want, though very fine detail may not translate well at that size. Send us your artwork and we'll advise.
